4.4 Network

The following submenus are available in the
Network menu item:

2. Internet applications
Note:
The menu item Network contains op-
tional functions that require an Inter-
net connection.
1. Network settings
WiFi
The „WiFi" option is only available if a suitable WiFi USB stick has been inserted. You can then
connect the receiver to your Internet router.
LAN
With a LAN cable plugged in and a connection to the Internet router, you can view the connection
details here. Under „Mode" you can select between „DHCP" and „Static IP". With „DHCP", the receiver
is automatically assigned an IP address in the network. With „Static IP", you can assign an IP address
yourself (this is only recommended for experienced users).
2. Internet applications
Here you will find various internet applications. Prerequisite is an existing connection with your Inter-
net router and access to the Internet.
