13.4 Linkage installation

Basically the installation of the controls and linkages must be made
so that they are particularly free in movement. Otherwise, too much
power is required which noticeably reduces the operating time. Addi-
tionally, the centering of the servos will also be worse. This adversely
affects the driving performance.

Our products come with a legally stipulated 24 month guarantee. If
you wish to make a justifiable guarantee claim, always contact our
dealer who is the guarantor and responsible for dealing with gua-
rantee claims.
During the guarantee period we will rectify any functional defects, pro-
duction faults or materials flaws at no cost to you. We shall not accept
any further claims, e.g. consequential damage.
Goods must be sent to us prepaid, we will pay return carriage. We
shall not accept any packages without prepaid postage.
We shall accept no liability for transport damage or the loss of your
shipment. We recommend that you take out a suitable insurance to
cover this risk.
Send your device to the Service Centre responsible for your country.
the following requirements must be met in order to process your
guarantee claim:
• You must include proof of purchase (receipt) with the returned
product.
• You must have operated the product in accordance with the ope-
rating instructions.
• You must have used only recommended power sources and genu-
ine robbe accessories.
• There must be no damage present caused by moisture, unautho-
rised intervention, polarity reversal, overlaoding and mechanical
stress.
• Please include a brief but accurate description of the fault to help
us locate the problem.

R&TTE is the new European Directive for Radio Equipment and
Telecommunications Terminal Equipment and the mutual recon-
gition of its conformity.
Inter alia, the R&TTE Directive defines the circulation and com-
missioning of radio equipment in the European Community.
A major change in the Directive is the abolition of the approval.
Prior to placing radio systems into circulation, the manufacturer
or importer must carry out a conformity evaluation process for
the equipment and then notify (register with) the corresponding
authorities.
Devices displaying the CE symbol are certified in accordance
with valid European Standards.
This identification symbol is the same for
all countries of the European Union. Other
countries such as Switzerland, Norway, Estonia and Sweden
have also adopted this guideline. Your remote control system is
approved and can be both purchased and operated in all these
countries.
We draw your attention to the fact that you as the user are
responsible for a radio system corresponding to the require-
ments and directives.
