5.2. Insert the battery

The li-ion battery supplied is required for operating the camera.
 Switch the camera off.
 Slide the latch of the battery compartment cover towards
QRGP and open it in the direction of the arrow.
 Insert the battery with the contacts pointing in the direction
of the camera as shown in the illustration.
Push the battery carefully into the camera until it clicks into
place.
