7.
Return the inhalants- / condensate tank to the unit
making sure that the suction tube makes contact with
the bottom of the inhalants- / condensate tank.
8.
By means of the variable steam regulator, the amount
of steam can be adjusted. A low amount of steam
(level 1) is ideally suited for inhalation via the nose.
An elevated amount of steam (level 2) is ideally
suited for inhalation via the mouth/the tracheostoma.
(Figure 11).

9.
Plug the power cord into a main outlet.

10. Turn the POWER switch ON/OFF to the position "I".

If the heat during inhalation becomes too great and/or is
perceived as unpleasant, the temperature control switch
on the device can be operated to reduce the temperature
(see Fig. 12).
Instructions for inhalation for mouth and nose
breathers:
Sit upright in front of the inhaler.
Do not pick up the inhaler during inhalation!
When choosing the large face mask, adopt a sitting posture
in which the mouth and nose are completely covered by the
inhalation mask. If you use the small and medium mask,
the mouth must be completely covered.
Breathe in and out in deep and even breaths.
If the heat during inhalation becomes too great and/or is
perceived as unpleasant, the temperature control switch
on the device can be operated to reduce the temperature
(see Fig. 12).
CAUTION!
Protect your eyes during inhalation!
12. Condensed water can form on the inside of the cover
during application. The condensed water is drained
into the inhalants- / condensate tank (Figure 10a).
13. If the steam temperature rises too high, this can be
regulated downwards by opening the temperature
control (Figure 12).

14. The Steam inhaler will begin to output steam in
approximately 75 seconds. Once the level of steam
becomes weak, turn the POWER switch ON / OFF
to the position "0" and unplug the power cord from
the outlet.
