6 General Setup (PATH: Config/Guided Setup)
From the main screen, press the Configure icon (C) and select Guided Setup. From
this screen, you will be able to select and configure the first measurement from the
5000TOCi that will be displayed by the M800, and configure and activate an analog
output and/or set point to be associated with this measurement.
Analog outputs
By selecting Yes the linear 4–20 mA analog output Aout1 will be set up for measure-
ment 1 when e is pressed. Selecting no means that no analog output is set up.
Aout1 min, Aout1 max are the minimum and maximum measurement values for the
4 and 20 mA values respectively. Additional options may be configured from the
analog output configuration menu.
Set Points
On page 2 of the guided setup menu, a set point can be configured for that measure-
ment. Once the Set Point option is set to Yes, then select the set point type you wish
to activate. If Off is selected, the set point will be disabled. Once a set point type is
selected, the necessary parameters for that set point can also be configured.
