17. Operation of the Radio - FM

(1) Carefully extend the telescopic aerial.
(2) Push the ON/OFF button to switch on the radio. The display will show „Welcome to Digital Radio" for a few
seconds.
(3) Push the BAND button to choose a FM frequency band.
(4) Push the SELECT button until the display shows „Auto Tune <>".
(5) Push the TUNING button up. Your radio scans from the current frequency up and stops when a station is
found that is strong enough.
(6) The display then shows the frequency of the signal found. After a few seconds, the display shows the station
name (if RDS information is available). The upper display line also shows „St" and „RDS" in case of stereo
signals with RDS information.
(7) Push the TUNING button down to scan downwards for stations in the frequency band.
(8) When the end of the frequency band is reached, the radio will continue on the opposite side of the frequency
band.
(9) Set the volume to a pleasant level.
(10) Use the ON/OFF button to switch off the device.
