Use

Cook meat, poultry, and other meat products (hamburger etc.) until clear juices
emerge. Fish must be cooked until the meat is completely white!

Use as a Contact Grill

1. Place the closed grill on a stable, even, heat-resistant surface.
3. The appliance must be connected only to mains sockets that have been properly
installed. The red pilot lamp lights up as soon as the appliance is connected to the
power mains. Make sure that the cable does not come into hot surfaces during use.
5. The preheating procedure lasts about fi ve minutes. The green readiness indicator
lamp extinguishes when the appliance has reached operating temperature and you
can start cooking.
6. Open the appliance and place a sandwich, meat, or poultry on the griddles.
7. Keep the appliance closed for a few minutes. Remove your food when it reaches the
desired degree of doneness and browning.
8. Use only a wooden or plastic spatula to remove the food.
9. After use, set the temperature controller to Position 0. Disconnect the appliance from
the power mains and let it cool down before cleaning it.

Use as a Table Grill

1. Place the grill on a stable, even, heat-resistant surface.
2. Place the grease collecting tray under the grease outlet
groove.
4. Set the appliance to the desired temperature using the
temperature controller and let the appliance heat up when
closed. As soon as the heating procedure begins, the
green readiness indicator lamp switches on.
