3 Product information

3.1 Functional description

The product is a compact welding fume filter device, with which welding fumes generated
during welding are extracted and eliminated with a separation rate of more than 99%.
The extracted air is purified in a 2-stage filtering process (rotating pre-separator and filter
cartridge) and then returned to the work area again. Alternatively, the air can also be
directed outside via an optional pipe.
The particles deposited on the filter cartridge are cleaned by pressure pulses that are
triggered automatically. These are collected together with the particles separated out by
the rotating pre-separator in a dust collector.
The product can be operated with suitable welding fume extraction burners or with
suction nozzles. Predefined welding fume extraction burners can be selected in the menu
on the display. The product then automatically regulates the required extraction rate for
the welding fume extraction burner that has been selected.
The suction power can also be adjusted manually. The suction power is then regulated to
the set value.
