Die Lösung des Problems
Clean the portafilter (see: 'Care and Cleaning / Cleaning
the Filter Basket and Portafilter').
No action required.
Fill the water tank (at least 250 ml; see: 'Operation /
Filling the Water Tank').
Push the water tank down at the back of the appliance
until the water tank lid is level with the top of the appli-
ance.
Before starting the extraction, wait until the water system
is heated sufficiently and the espresso indicator illumi-
nates.
Rinse your cups and mugs via the hot water function, and
place your cups onto the warming plate, before starting
an extraction (see: 'Operation / Pre-Heating').
Pre-heat the portafilter and filter basket via the hot water
function (see: 'Operation / Pre-Heating').
Use a metal milk jug for texturing milk. During texturing,
hold your hand on the milk jug to feel the temperature
(see: 'Operation / Texturing Milk').
Install the portafilter again. Using the espresso function,
let the appliance give off some water via the group head.
Then remove the portafilter.
After emptying the drip tray, ensure that the float can
easily move up and down. Wash the drip tray, when resi-
dues of coffee powder block the float. (see: 'Care and
Cleaning / Cleaning the Drip Tray'). Ensure that the float
does not stick under the cup tray.
When in correct orientation, the wide opening at the front
side of the cup tray is exactly above the red dot of the fil-
ling indicator. If not, turn the cup tray accordingly.
