Use chopper
Attention: The blades are very sharp. Risk of injury!
· Place the mixing container on a smooth, even and sufficiently stable
and no sensitive surfaces. Check the correct placement of the
non-slip-ring.
· Place the knife insert into the middle of the container and add the
coarsely cut foodstuff.
· Put on the lid respecting the closing system and lock it.
· Connect the motor housing to the lid under consideration the according
marking and fix tightly. Assure that both parts are locked properly and
that they have not released before connecting to an appropriate power
socket.
· Grasp the lid and keep pressed Switch II to chop the foodstuff.
· If the knife does not turn or turns only with difficulty, stop the chopping
process immediately. Disconnect the power plug and ensure that the
motor housing is properly locked onto the lid. Check that no food has
got stuck on the knife.
· This device is not suitable for continuous operation and only for the
preparation of household quantities (max. 1 minute/ no more than
approx. 10 seconds for solid food). Let the device cool down
afterwards.
· Attention: The device is not suitable for crushing very hard and dry
foods such as ice cubes, coffee beans, nutmegs or cereals.
· Immediately after use, pull the plug out of the outlet, unlock the motor
housing from the lid.
· Open the lid and take out the knife insert carefully from the mixing

TIPS:
· For equal result, cut bread, meat or raw vegetables into 2 x 2 cm sized
cubes.
· If needed, let the device run in intervals.
· Remove the food from the mixing container with plastic spoon or
scraper.
Cleaning and Care
· Always pull the plug before cleaning and allow the device to cool off.
· Wipe the motor housing with a slightly moistened cloth and dry it off
thoroughly. Do not use any sharp or pointed objects, gasoline, solvent,
scrubbing brushes, or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. Do not
clean in the dishwasher.
· The mixing bowl and container as well as its lid can be cleaned in the
dishwasher. However, we recommend cleaning by hand with warm
water and some mild detergent. For easier cleaning the non-slip-rings
are removable.
· Clean the purée attachment and the knife insert only with warm water
and a mild detergent. Remove stubborn stains with a dish washing
brush. Caution: The knives are sharp. Afterwards dry all parts
thoroughly.
