Maintenance table

Only have maintenance work carried out by specialist personnel who
are familiar with the relevant regulations. Inadequate maintenance may
cause serious hazards.

NOTE
Have the following maintenance work performed at regular intervals or
after the specified number of operating hours, whichever is sooner.
Interval Inspection/maintenance
➤ Change the oil.
In the first month
or after 50 hours.
➤ Change the oil.
Every 250 hours
➤ Clean the engine's cooling system.
➤ Check the valve play and screws. Adjust the valve play and tighten
➤ Check the air filter (chapter "Servicing the air filter" on page 23).
➤ Replace the air filter and fuel filter.
Every 500 hours
➤ Clean the oil filter.
Once a year or
every 1000 hours
The following must be carried out by a HATZ authorised retailer or
Dometic skilled personnel:
➤ Check the fuel injection pump.
➤ Check the vibration damper.
