During the 5 minutes when the appliance is cooking at 80°C, add the remainder of the
butter through the opening in the top of the cover (remove the measuring cap).

Mousseline sauce: Add some whipped cream to the Hollandaise sauce just before serving,

orange to the Hollandaise sauce.
STRAWBERRY PRESERVE
A quick and easy strawberry preserve recipe using gariguette,charlotte or any other variety
of strawberry.For a good strawberry preserve use very ripe strawberries as the sweeter the
strawberries are naturally, the better your preserve will be.
500g strawberries
500g sugar
1. Clean and dice all your strawberries, removing the stalks.
2. Place the 'Blender' tool in the bowl.
3. Place your diced strawberries and sugar into the stainless steel bowl.
4. Place the glass cover on the bowl.
5. Position the bowl on the motor unit.
6. Press the TEMP button several times to select the cooking temperature. Select 120°C.
7. Press the '+' or '-' button to select cooking time. Select 10 minutes.
8. Press the START/STOP button to start the programme.
The appliance will cook the fruit and sugar for 10 minutes. The appliance will beep after
10 minutes.
