Maintenance and repairs
All servicing jobs must be executed by specialized personnel under strict observation of the present operating instructions.
Before every work, every possible caution must be taken: Switch off the motor, disconnect the power supply (pull the plug, if neces-
sary). Attach a board to the machine explaining the reason for being out of order: "Machine out of order due to servicing work:
Unauthorized people must not come close to the machine or switch it on."
Trouble shooting
Spark plug wire disconnected.
No fuel or old fuel.
Choke not in the open position.
Clogged fuel line.
Fouled spark plug.
Flooded engine.
Low engine oil level
Loose spark plug wire.
Engine running with CHOKE.
Clogged fuel line or stale fuel.
Blocked ventilation.
Water or dirt in fuel system.

Solution
1. Connect the spark plug wire to the spark
plug securely.
2. Fill with clean, fresh gasoline.
3. The throttle lever must be positioned at
cold start at choke position.
4. Clean the fuel line.
5. Clean, replace or adjust spacing.
6. Wait a few minutes before trying again,
but do not let the engine suck in.
7. The oil guard keeps the oil level low pre­
venting the engine from starting ­ Check
the oil level.
1. Connect and tighten spark plug wire.
2. Move the choke lever to OFF.
3. Clean the fuel line. Fill the tank with
clean, fresh gasoline.
4. Clean the ventilation.
5. Empty the tank. Fill the tank with fresh
fuel.
6. Clean or replace the air filter.
