Never attach an assembly spanner to your
machine with a piece of string or anything
similar.
•
Never use the axle locking button if the
machine is operating.
•
Make sure that the spring chuck diameter is
the same as the axle diameter of the
accessory.
•
Use a clamping device for securing the work
piece.
•
Keep your hands away from the work piece.
Additional safety instructions
1. Only use the accumulator block with the
battery charger provided – using other
chargers could be dangerous.
2. Keep the accumulator block, tool and battery
charger away from damp and wet conditions.
3. If any wires on the charger are damaged, do
not use it until these have been replaced.
4. When the charger is not in use it should not
be plugged in. When unplugging, do not pull
the plug out by the cable.
5. If the charger breaks down or suffers from
other technical problems, take it to a
recognised dealership to be checked before
using it again. Any damaged parts must be
replaced.
6. Take care when handling the accumulator
block, do not drop it or knock it against other
things.
7. Never attempt to repair the battery charger or
accumulator block yourself; this can be
extremely dangerous. Repairs should always
be carried out by a recognised dealership.
8. Always unplug the charger before cleaning or
carrying out any other maintenance on it.
9. Do not attempt to charge the accumulator
block in temperatures of below 5 degrees or
above 40 degrees centigrade.
10.Never throw the accumulator block into water
or a fire – it may explode.
11. Do not shortcut the 2 contactpoints on the
bottom of the machine.

When using electric machines always observe
the safety regulations applicable in your country
to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and
personal injury. Read the following safety
instructions and also the enclosed safety
instructions. Keep these instructions in a safe
place!

Always check that the power supply
corresponds to the voltage on the rating
plate.
The machine is double insulated;
therefore no earth wire is required.
Replacing cables or plugs
If the mains cable becomes damaged, it must be
replaced with a special mains cable available
from the manufacturer or the manufacturer's
customer service. Dispose of old cables or plugs
immediately after replacing them with new ones.
It is dangerous to connect the plug of a loose
cable to a socket.
3. ASSEMBLY AND
OPERATION
Warning! Change accessories by
inserting an accessory into the collet (or
chuck) as far possible to minimize run
out and unbalance.

Press down the spindle lock button (4) and hold it
down.
Using the collet spanner you can undo the collet
(1). Put the accessory in its place. Hold down the
spindle lock button when you fasten the collet
with the collet spanner.
Never operate the spindle lock button if
the engine is still rotating.

Switch on the machine by engaging the On/Off
switch (5). The led (3) will turn on. By adjusting
the speed adjusting buttons (6) you can regulate
the speed of the Combitool.
Too high a load at a low speed of the
Combitool can burn out the engine.
Switch off the machine after use.
