Caution:
Do not use the baking stone in combination with the
pull-out system (BA 016 103) or the telescopic pull-
out rack (BA 216 100)! The resulting heat during
operation with the baking stone will damage the
pull-out rails.
First remove coarse soiling. You can then clean the
baking stone using a dry brush.
Please do not clean the baking stone with soap and
water. If the baking stone gets moist it is important
that it dries completely before it is heated up again.
This might take several days. Heating up a moist
baking stone can cause fissures in the material.
Stains may remain on the baking stone, but they will
not have an influence on the taste of the food.
