The standby function saves energy by switching OFF the
machine 15 minutes after it was last used. When the
machine enters standby mode, the LEDs on the push-
buttons turn OFF; to restart the machine, simply press
the
key.
10.4. Programming doses
Press and hold the
programme the coffee doses to be delivered.
Press the
key to begin the delivery of a single
dose of coffee, and press again when the desired
quantity has been reached. The LED on the key
flashes during programming.

double dose of coffee, and press again when the
desired quantity has been reached. The LED on the

and press again when the desired quantity has

programming. Delivery will not begin until the

water, and press again when the desired quantity

All LEDs flash three times to indicate the settings
have been saved successfully.
By changing the adjustment on the expansion valve
(section 9.11), the previously programmed dose may
not be the same. Coffee doses should only be
programmed after adjusting the valve and the valve and
the grade of the grind.
10.5. Programming coffee circuit temperature (factory
setting is 107°C)
Press and hold the
temperature of the coffee circuit.
Press the
key to increase the temperature.
Press the
key to decrease the temperature.
The status of the LEDs on the keys indicates the
temperature value setting as shown in the
following table:

10.6. Reset (factor settings)
Press and hold the
mode to return the machine to its factory settings.
Press the
key again to confirm the operation.

11. MAINTENANCE
Maintenance operations are to be performed
with the machine turned OFF and when cold,
with the power supply disconnected from the
mains.
For cleaning, do not use any metals or abrasives such as
steel wool, wire brushes, needles, etc., as well as
corrosive or abrasive detergents. Always use a damp
cloth or sponge or one soaked in alcohol.
11.1. Daily
Clean the outer body with a damp cloth or one
soaked in alcohol.
Clean the spout of the steam nozzle.
Clean the spray units and the seals under the casing
of the delivery units using the special brush
supplied.
Rinse the filters and the filter holder with hot water
and a cloth or sponge. Carefully remove any coffee
residues or deposits.
Check and clean the drain pan.
11.2. Periodic or after a period of intense use
In addition to daily cleaning, perform the following
operations:
Immerse the filters and the filter holder in boiling
water for a few minutes to help dissolve coffee
greases and oils, then use a cloth or a sponge to
remove them.
Clean the water reservoir taking care to reposition
the rubber tube with the filter until it touches the
bottom of the reservoir.
11.3. Cleaning the coffee group (figure 4)
Use a coin or a screwdriver to remove the screws
(rotate anti-clockwise) of the coffee group shower
spray.
