Any claims for guarantee will become
invalid in the event of damage that
results from the non-observance of the
operating manual. We do not accept
responsibility for such damage. Nor do
we accept responsibility for damage to
property or for personal injuries caused
by improper use or non-observance of
safety instructions. Guarantees will not
be accepted in any such case.

In case of failure, plug-in power supply units may deliv-
er voltages exceeding 50 V D.C. from which hazards
may emanate even if the output voltage of the plug-in
power supply unit is lower.
Before cleaning and maintaining the camera or a
plug-in power supply unit connected to it always
observe the safety instructions which follow:
Live elements may be exposed while covers
are opened or components are removed.
Therefore, disconnect the camera from all
voltage sources prior to any maintenance or
repair.
Capacitors in the camera may continue to be
under a tension even though it has been dis-
connected from all voltage sources.
Never replace defective connecting lines of
plug-in power supply units yourself. In case
of defects, disconnect them from the mains
and send them to a workshop specializing in
this field.
Any repair should be made only by an
expert electrician who is conversant with
the hazards involved and the relevant regu-
lations.
