Flexibility -an Overview of the Different Modules
All modules of the RotoSystem are equipped with advanced microprocessors.
They are operated on touch pads and all parameters can be read on the LC-Display and
adjusted by menus. The RotoSystem is based on four inter-connectable modules,
available in different versions.
Rotopol grinding/polishing machines
200 mm single disc:
RotoPol-11. With two speeds Ro-
toPol-11 is ca pable of both grinding
and polish ing in all standard applica-
tions.
RotoPol-15. For special requirements
the vari able speed from 40-600 rpm is
the correct choice.
250 mm twin disc:
RotoPol-21. Driven by a single mo tor
allowing for two speeds, is suit ed for
all standard applications.
RotoPol-22. The two discs of Ro-
toPol-22 have separate motors, each

For a limited number of speci mens,
either as single specimens or clamped
in a holder.
RotoForce-3
The high capacity specimen mover for
preparation of specimens clamped in
a specimen holder. RotoForce-3 can
providing two speeds. The discs can
be used independently, or alterna-
tively. The next step can be prepared
in advance on the disc not operating.
When RotoCom is connected the next
step can be prepared on the disc not
in operation, as the pa rameters for this
step, will be sent from RotoCom as
soon as the fi rst step has started.
RotoPol-25. With a speed varying
from 40-600 rpm, RotoPol-25 is the
perfect choice for special applications.
300 mm single disc:
RotoPol-31 is a sturdy machine,

handle specimen holders of up to 200
mm dia. where either large specimens
or many small specimens can be pre-
pared at a time.

The specimen mover for the prepa-
ration of both single specimens and
specimens clamped in holders. The
RotoForce-1
designed for intensive use. To ob tain
optimal conditions during preparation,
the temperature of the preparation
disc can be kept constant by means
of a built-in disc cooling system.
RotoPol-35. With a variable speed of
40-600 rpm, RotoPol-35 is ideal for
chang ing requirements when polishing
large or many specimens. Disc cooling
can be used with speeds up to 300
rpm.
