Intended use

The parking aid serves to signal obstacles when parking or driving backwards. It
functions on the basis of ultrasound sensors. The distance to any possible obstacles
and the direction of the obstacles are displayed in an illuminated display. An acoustic
warning message can be switched on.
This product is only admitted for connection to a 12V DC car power supply with the
negative terminal of the car battery connected to the body. It may only be installed
and operated in passenger cars and lorries provided with this type of supply voltage.
Through the type of installation, the user has to ensure that the control electronics, the
transducer and the connection box are protected against moisture and dampness.
Use other than that described above can lead to damage to the product and may
also involve risks such as, for example, short circuits, fire, electric shocks etc.
No part of the product may be modified or converted!

Nettoyage et élimination

Nettoyez régulièrement les capteurs extérieurs pour éviter un dysfonctionnement.
Nettoyez l'écran avec un chiffon propre, humide et non pelucheux sans utiliser des
produits de nettoyage abrasifs ou chimiques.
Il convient de procéder à l'élimination du système au terme de sa
durée de vie conformément aux prescriptions légales en vigueur.
Dépannage
Avec le système d'assistance au stationnement, vous avez acquis un produit à la
pointe du développement technique et bénéficiant d'une grande sécurité de fonc-
tionnement.
