Switching the device off

10.5.1 Switching the device off during operation
Switch off the device via the control input.

Do not switch the motor (e.g. in cycle operation) on or off via the mains.

10.5.2 Switching the device off for maintenance work

Switch off the device via the control input.

Do not switch the motor (e.g. in cycle operation) on or off via the mains.

Disconnect the device from the power supply.

When disconnecting, make sure to remove the earth wire last!


Switching the device on

Before switching the device on, check the device for externally visible damage and ensure that the protective equipment func-

tions properly.
Check the airways of the fan for foreign bodies and remove any found.

Apply the nominal voltage for supply.

Start the device by altering the input signal.

