10. Care and cleaning

Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could damage the
casing or stop the product from functioning properly.
Do not immerse the product in water or expose it to moisture or high humidity.
• Use a dry or slightly damp, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
• If the earbuds of the headphones are dirty, they can be removed easily for cleaning and re-inserted. If they are worn,
you can use the enclosed replacement earbuds.

11. Troubleshooting

The headphones switch off during operation.
• The battery has depleted. Charge it in the charging/transmission station before further use.
• The headphones are not receiving a wireless signal and switch off automatically after a short time. Ensure that the
charging/transmission station is transmitting a wireless signal.
The charging/transmission station switches off automatically.
• There is no audio signal. The charging/transmission station has switched to standby mode.
• The audio signal is too low, the charging/transmission station has switched to standby mode. In that case, increase
the volume on your TV device in order to prevent the charging/transmission station from switching off again. You
can offset the increased volume with the VOL control (11) on the headphones.
Audio transmission is interrupted or there are dropouts.
• The range of the system has been exceeded.
• There is interference from electronic devices in the signal path.
