b) Turning on/off
• With the headset off, push and hold the call button (1) for 4 seconds until the blue
LED begins blinking. The headset is on.
• With the headset on, push and hold the call button (1) for 4 seconds until the red LED
blinks once. The headset is off.
c) Pairing the headset
• This headset can be paired with two mobile phones.
• The headset must be turned off before pairing.
• Push and hold the call button (1) for 7 seconds until the red and blue LED blink
alternately. The headset is now in pairing mode.
• Activate the Bluetooth
function on your mobile device (e.g. smartphone) and start
®
the search function for Bluetooth
device for more information).
• Select the headset "BH703" from the list of found devices.
• When prompted by your mobile device to enter a PIN, enter "0000" to pair the
headset with your mobile device.
Some mobile telephones require a separate connection to be established
after pairing. Read the user manual of your mobile device for more
information.
• When pairing is successful, the headset switches to standby mode and the blue
LED blinks 1 x every 7 seconds. When connected to a mobile phone, the name of
the headset appears in the menu that shows currently paired Bluetooth
If the headset cannot be paired, check whether the rechargeable battery is
charged and/or whether the headset is on and paired. Also check whether
the Bluetooth
function on your mobile device is activated and whether the
®
headset is within transmission range (10 meters).
If no connection can be established in a longer period of time, the headset
turns off the pairing function. The headset must be restarted before
operation.
• In order to pair a second mobile phone, push the volume – button for 4 seconds until
the red and blue light flashes alternately. The headset is ready for pairing and you
can pair the second mobile phone.
d) Call function
• Making a call: Use your mobile telephone as usual. The sound will be transmitted
automatically to the headset when headset and mobile phone are paired.
• Accepting a call: Push the call button (1) or corresponding button on your mobile
phone to accept an incoming call.
• End a call: Push the call button or corresponding button on your mobile phone.
• Rejecting a call: Push and hold the call button for 2 seconds until the headset beeps
to reject an incoming call.
• Voice input: You can direct call a person by speaking their name into the microphone.
Your mobile phone must be set up for this function and you must prerecord all
respective voice actions. Activate voice recognition on your mobile device. Set up
your phone's hands-free phone system. Push and hold the volume button + (5) for
3 seconds while no call is being made. The headset beeps. Say the name of the
person you wish to call, loudly and clearly.
• Redialing: Push the call button 2 x in quick succession. The headset beeps. The last
number dialed will be called when you release the call button.
• Muting the microphone: During a call using the headset, push and hold volume
button – (7) until you hear the notice tone to mute the microphone.
• Setting the volume: Push the volume button + to increase the volume and the volume
button – to decrease the volume.
• Switching between your mobile phone and the headset: During a call, push and hold
the call button for 2 seconds until the headset beeps. The call is switched from the
headset to your mobile phone (and back when you repeat the step).
• If the headset is connected to two mobile phones you can switch between the
mobile phones by pushing the volume button + for 3 seconds. For instance, during
a talk on the currently connected mobile phone you can push the volume button +
for 3 seconds to receive a phone call on the second mobile phone. Push the call
button (1) to end the call.
• After switching the headset off and then on again, if two mobile phones (multi-link
mode) are connected, the headset will automatically connect with the mobile phone
which has been connected most recently. You can connect with the first mobile
phone manually by pressing the volume button + for 3 seconds. Pressing the volume
button + for 3 seconds will switch between two connected mobile phones.
e) Music playback
You can transmit music from your mobile phone to the headset. For this function,
your mobile phone must support the Bluetooth
Distribution Profile). When you receive an incoming call, audio playback is interrupted
so you can accept the call. Not all mobile phones support this function; headset
playback may not be possible in such case.

Maintenance and cleaning
Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical
solutions as they can cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.
• Disconnect the product from all connected devices before cleaning.
• Never submerge the product in water.
• There are no components located inside the product you need to maintain. Never
open/dismantle the product.
• To clean the product, a dry, soft and clean cloth is sufficient. Do not apply too much
pressure to the housing to prevent scratching.

municipality, our stores or wherever (rechargeable) batteries are sold.
