f) Troubleshooting
1. How can I reconnect the headset to my device?
When the headset first connects to your device, the headset will subsequently search for
and reconnect to the device automatically when powered on. If this fails, pair and connect
to the device again.
2. How can I delete the paired device history?
When on, long-press the Volume + and Volume - button for 5 seconds to clear the paired
device history. The LED will flash blue and red once to indicate this and devices removed
from the pairing history will have to be reconnected. If you have trouble connecting, deleting
the paired device history will often solve the issue.
3. What is the pairing password?
Some connection devices require a pairing password. For these devices, try "0000", "8888",
"1111" or "1234".
4. What can I use to charge the headset?
Any DC 5 V charger with a current over 500 mA, such as a car charger, power bank,
computer, etc., can be used to charge the headset.
5. How can I use the headset for three-way calling?
When you are in a call and receive another call, short press the MFB button to answer the
new call and hang up the previous call.
6. When you are in a call and receive another call, double press the MFB button to answer the
new call and keep the previous call.
When you are in a call and receive another call, long-press the MFB button for 1 second
to reject the new call.
When on a three-way call, double press the MFB button to switch audio between the calls.
