The packaging protects the appliance from damage during transport. The pack-
aging materials have been selected for their environmental friendliness and ease
of disposal, and are therefore recyclable.
Returning the packaging to the material cycle conserves raw materials and reduces
the amount of waste generated. Dispose of packaging materials that are no
longer needed in accordance with applicable local regulations.
WARNING

Packaging materials should not be used as a plaything. Risk of suffocation.
NOTE
►
If possible, keep the appliance's original packaging during the warranty
period so that the appliance can be packed properly for return shipment
in the event of a warranty claim.
Remove all packaging materials and all transport locks from the appliance.
To ensure safe and trouble-free operation of the appliance after making the
electrical connection, please observe the following advice:
DANGER
Danger due to ultrasonic waves!

During the cleaning process, do not touch the inner surface of the stainless
steel bath or the cleaning fluid: ultrasonic waves can cause serious health
damage.
CAUTION
►
Before connecting the appliance, compare the connection data (voltage
and frequency) on the rating plate with that of your mains power supply.
These data must agree so that no damage is sustained by the appliance.

Ensure that the mains power cable is not damaged and is not running over
hot surfaces and/or sharp edges.
►
Ensure that the mains power cable is not taut or knotted.
►
Always remove the mains plug from the wall socket after each use.
