For alloy wheels, to allow two adhesive
weights to be placed. The left one on the
bead seat and the right one on the inside
bead seat or rim disc.
There are two alternatives for this program:
Single point measurement
Measurement is taken as described in Point 1 (see above) and
the weight position is calculated as a standard value.
Two point measurement
Measurements are taken from the point of desired weight
placement
Data entry: Single point measurement BM 10/ 20/ 30/ 40/ 50
Rim distance with BM 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 automati-
cally calculated.
Extend the inside gauge to position 1 (see above) and
hold until an audible signal is heard. Return the gauge
to the home position. Another signal indicates that it is
in the home position.
Only BM 10
Enter the rim diameter using +/-.
Enter the rim diameter checking the measurement
stamped on the rim.
The position for the diameter is calculated automatical-
ly for all other models.
Data entry: Two point measurement BM 10/ 20/ 30/ 40/ 50
Extend the inside gauge head to the desired position 2
(see above) and hold until an audible signal is heard.
Move the inside gauge directly to position 3 (see above)
and hold until another audible signal is heard.
Return the gauge to the home position.
Another signal indicates that it is in the home position.
!
Do not enter a rim width! this could lead to false
readings.
