• Do not touch the mains cable if it is damaged. First, power down the respective mains socket on all poles
(e.g. via the respective circuit breaker and FI protection switch) and then carefully pull the mains plug from
the mains socket. Separate the mains cable from the device and replace it. Never use the product if the
mains cable is damaged.
• When installing the device, make sure that the mains cable is not squeezed or damaged by sharp edges.
The mains cable and the DMX line must not be stressed by tension either. This may damage the cables
and lines.
• This product is not a toy and not suitable for children. Children cannot judge the dangers involved when
handling electrical devices.
• Never place containers containing liquids, e.g. glasses, buckets, vases or plants on the device or in its
vicinity. Liquids may get into the housing and impair electrical safety. This also poses great danger of fire
or potentially fatal electric shock! If this is the case, first power down the respective mains socket on all
poles (e.g. switch off circuit breaker and FI switch) and then pull the mains cable from the socket. Do not
operate the product anymore afterwards, but take it to a specialist workshop.
• Do not expose the device to any high temperatures, dripping or splashing water, strong vibrations or heavy
mechanical stress.
• Do not place any open sources of fire, such as burning candles, on or directly next to the device.
• Consult an expert if you are unsure as to the function, safety or connection of the product.
• Never operate or charge the device unattended.
• Only operate the device in moderate climates, never in tropical climates.
• Do not leave any packaging material unattended. It may become a dangerous toy for children.
• In commercial institutions, the accident prevention regulations of the Employer's Liability Insurance As-

7. Installation/Setup
The setup and the installation of the device must be carried out by a specialist who is familiar with the
hazards and the relevant regulations. Maintenance, operation and commissioning of this device must only
be carried out by qualified persons.
When choosing a location for your device, make sure to avoid impact, vibration, dust, hot and cold tem-
peratures and dampness. When operating a fog machine, ensure that the LED effect light is not directly
exposed to the fog jet. Furthermore, no powerful transformers or motors must be used close to the device.
The effect light must only be operated at a maximum ambient temperature of 40 °C.
Never cover the device. Ensure sufficient ventilation when setting up the device with other equipment.
Maintain a sufficient distance to other devices and walls. Never place or install the effect light in direct
proximity to heat sources. Do not point any strong spotlights or light sources towards the device. This may
cause overheating (danger of fire!).
Do not drill or screw additional screws into the casing in order to fasten the device. This may expose dan-
gerous voltage to touch.
