Beef pilaf
Boneless beef 300 g

Potatoes 150 g

Chocolate panna cotta
Cream 400 ml
Sugar 50 g
Milk 120 ml
Gelatin sheet 12 g
Dark chocolate 100 g

Cooking Example: YOGURT
Yogurt
Milk 1 l
Plain yogurt 350 ml
Directions:
Rinse the rice until the water runs clear. Cube the meat into 2-2.5 cm cu-
bes and coaresly grate the carrots. Cut the onions into large strips. Rinse
the unpeeled garlic. Put the meat, carrots and onions into the bowl, add
the vegetalbe oil, salt and spices and stir up. Put the rice on the meat and
level it out with a spatula. Put the garlic coves into the rice and cover it all
with the water. Close the lid. Select PILAF. set the time for 25 mins. Cook
until the end of the program. Stir up the ready pilaf.
Directions:
Cut the potatoes into 2 cm cubes, core and seed the bell pepper and cut it
into 3 cm cubes. Pour water into the bowl and add the steaming container.
Place all the ingredients inside, add salt and spices and mix well. Close
the lid. Select STEAM. Set the time for 20 mins. Cook until the program
finishes.
Directions:
Grate the chocolate. Put the gelatin into a cold water for 1min and wring
to remove excess moisture. Place the chocolate into the bowl, add the
cream, sugar, milk, vanilla, and mix. Close the lid. Select MULTICOOK, set
the temperature to 95 °C and the time for 10 mins. Cook until the pro-
gram finishes. Ope the lid, whisk the mixture, add gelatin, and stir until
completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into the glasses and put in a fridge
for 3-4 hours.
Directions:
Pour milk and room temperature yogurt into the bowl. Close the lid. Select
YOURT. Cook until the end of program.
