When doing so, ensure that the four O-rings on the pipe and the sealing sur-
face on the pipe seal are undamaged, clean, and well greased (e.g. Klüber
Unisilikon TK M 1012).
3. Secure the M8x20 bolts (4) using a thread fixative (e.g. Loctite 248).
4. Tighten the three M8x20 bolts (3) (15 +/- 3 Nm).
5. Connect the connections to the electronics box, Chapter 5.3, "Installation of
electronics box".

Removal
1. Set the battery main switch to the "OFF" or 0 position.
2. Unscrew and remove the shaft anode (1) (long socket SW 17).
3. Remove the O-ring (2) by unscrewing the nut (3).
The O-ring can thus be pushed off the shaft.
