Reglage de la lame (fig. 9), selon le
cas :
— se fait au moyen de la poignee (J)
fig. 9B et fig. 8 p.5, tout en tournant
le volant a la main, dans le sens de
marche.
— Le depassement des dents doit etre
le meme sur les 2 volants et les dents
doivent obligatoirement depasser la
garniture.
sinon :
• Les garnitures peuvent se deteriorer
prematurement.

L'avoyage serait £crase (les dents en
contact avec le volant auraient leur
voie reduite), il en resulte un trait
de scie devie (voir p.10 - fig. 18A).
— Bloquer par la molette (P) fig. 8
Guidage de la lame (fig. 10)
— Ajuster les touches superieures (Q)
au plus pres de part et d'autre de la
lame.
— De meme, ajuster les touches infe-
rieures (R).
- Au moyen de la vis micrometrique,
regler le galet a 0,5 mm du dos de
la lame.

Fall zu Fall:
- erfolgt durch Handgriff (J) (Abb. 9B)
und gleichmassiges Drehen der
Rollen in der Drehrichtung.

— Die Zahne mussen auf beiden
Rollen gleichmassig uberstehen.

die Schnittbahn verringert
(die auflaufenden Zahne werden
aufgerichtet, die Schnittbahn wird
einseitig, ein gerader Schnitt ist

Blattfuhrung (Abb. 10)

Obere Anlaufhblzer (Q) bis zu
Blattberuhrung befestigen.
Anlaufholzer (R) unter der Tisch-
platte ebenfalls 0,5 mm vom Blatt
einstellen.
Mit Feineinstelschraube Anlaufrolle
auf 0,5 mm vom Blattrucken ein-
stellen.
Adjustment of the blade (fig. 9)
— Adjust top wheel tension, (handle
Hj^rotating the bottom wheel by
and until the teeth of the blade are
running just over the edge of the
bottom wheel
— Adjust top wheel tilt, (handle J)
until the blade teeth are running
just over the edge of the top wheel,
(the last two steps are repeated in
sequence until the blade is running
correctly).
if not:
• The rubber coating would soon get
damaged.
• The teeth (in contact with the
wheel) would progressively flatten,
and straight cuts would be impos-
sible (P. 10-fig. 18A).
— Lock with the knob (P) page 8.
Blade guide (fig. 10)
• Set the upper and lower blade
guides until they just touch the side
of the blade.
- Adjust the lower small hardwood
blocks. (R).
— With the micrometric screw, adjust
the roller guide to 0,5 mm from the
back of the blade.
Attention:
Ce r^glage ne devra etre fait que si la
lame de scie est correctement posi-
tionn^e et tendue, la machine etant
a I'arret.
- Bloquer le galet au moyen du bou-
ton molet<§ (N).
Wichtig:
Diese Einstellung darf nur stattfinden,
wenn das Blatt genau gespannt und
eingestellt ist, Maschine im Stillstand.
- Anlaufrolle durch Randelschraube
(N) blockieren.
Note:
This adjustment can only be effected,
if the saw blade is well tensioned and
positioned,
the
machine must be
stopped.
- Lock the roller guide with the
knurled button (N).
