16.2. Other problem solutions
If the unit can no longer be operated, it can be deactivated by pressing and holding (approx. 10 seconds) in the upper
right-hand corner of the touch screen (battery symbol position) for a longer period. All changes realised since the last activa-
tion are lost as a result, so this function should only be used in emergencies.
Problem
Liquid emerges from the gap between
the suction / ejection valve /
recirculation valve and valve block.
Liquid emerges between the ejection
valve and ejection unit
Unit is suctioning in air
Reason
- Valves loose or damaged
- Ejection unit loose or
damaged
- Incorrect ejection unit
- Unit not vented
- Suction hose loose

Solution
- Tighten the valves firmly with the
assembly wrench or replace if neces-
sary. Warning: the suction / ejection
/ and recirculation valve should be
tightened firmly with the assembly
wrench after sterilisation.
- Mount original ejection unit correctly
- Use only original ejection unit.
- Vent unit
- Tighten suction hose firmly
