Steht die Basiseinheit in der Reinigungspositi-
on, kann die Spindel durch längeres drücken
und halten des „Move" Buttons in der Meldung
in der Bedieneinheit langsam bis zum unteren
Anschlag gefahren werden, um die Kolben-
montage zu erleichtern. Steht die Spindel
bereits ganz unten fährt diese durch längeres
drücken des Buttons wieder leicht nach oben.
- Kolben (auf Beschädigungen der Dichtlippen-
überprüfen (gegebenen falls austauschen)
und zu den unter 11.2 aufgelisteten
Teilen in die Reinigungslösung legen.
- Zylinder mit Bürste und Reinigungslösung reinigen und mit
Spüllösung nachspülen.
- Kolben, Ventilblock und Zylinder wieder einbauen.
- Kolben auf Spindel aufschieben.
- Geräteoberteil auf Ventilblock mit Zylinder aufstecken.
Markierung auf Geräteoberteil mit linker Kante der Markie-
rung auf dem Chromring zur Deckung bringen.
If the basic unit is in the cleaning position,
position mounting can be facilitated by moving
the spindle slowly to the lower stop by pressing
the "Move" button in the message on the control
unit for a longer period of time. If the spindle
is already in the lowermost position, it can be
raised easily by pressing the button again for
a longer period of time.
- Check the piston for damage to the seal
lips (replace if necessary) and deposit in the
cleaning solution with the components listed
in 11.2.
- Clean the cylinder with a brush and cleaning
solution and rinse with a rinsing solution.
- Remount the piston, valve block and cylinder.
- Push the piston onto the spindle
- Fit the upper part of the unit onto the valve
block and cylinder. Align the marking on the
upper part of the unit with the left-hand edge
of the marking on the chrome ring.
