! Unscrew the 4 screws at the seat
contact switch plate
! Remove the plate
! Turn the seat forward
! Unscrew the 4 screws of the seat
mounting
! Shift seat and refasten with
screws
! Remount seat contact switch
plate
KM 100/100 R B / KM 100/100 R LPG
Installing/replacing the gas
cylinder – applies only to
KM 100/100 R LPG
Note!
Only type-approved replacement
cylinders with a capacity of 11 kg
are to be used.
Danger!
— Comply with safety requirement
guidelines for LPG-powered
motor vehicles!
— Icing and foamed yellow deposits
at the gas cylinder are an
indication of leakages.
— Replacing the cylinder is
permitted only by trained
personnel.
— It is forbidden to replace power
gas cylinders in garages or in
underground rooms.
— Do not smoke or use a naked
flame when replacing cylinders.
— When replacing the cylinder
firmly close the LPG cylinder's
shut-off valve and immediately
place the protecting cap on the
empty cylinder.
! Position the gas cylinder so that
the screwed connection of the
shut-off valve points vertically
upwards
! Close cliplock
! Attach fuse split-pin
! Remove the protecting cap (1)
from the gas cylinder's
connection valve
! Screw on gas hose with the
union nut (2) (spanner opening
30 mm)
Danger!
Danger of accidents by projecting
gas hose
! Fasten the gas hose as shown in
the above figure.
A gas hose projecting from the side
can become entangled with
projecting objects during driving
Note:
Connection has a left-hand thread!
Note!
Do not open the gas shut-off
valve (3) until just before starting
the unit (see chapter on starting the
machine).

Note:
The machine is equipped with a
seat contact switch. The machine is
switched off as the driver leaves the
seat and the parking brake
automatically actuated.

! Open unit cover, engage stay bar
Applies only to KM 100/100 R B
Open the fuel tap
! Push lever in "ON" direction
! Close unit cover
! Sit on the driver seat
! Do NOT actuate the drive pedal!
