Adjustment / assembly instructions
6.13 Seat upholstery (not illustrated)
The tension of the seat upholstery on your wheelchair can be readjusted to compensate for
sagging.
6.14 Adapting the back upholstery (Fig 68)
If you have selected the option "adaptable back upholstery", you can adjust the back upholstery
in segments according to your needs.
To do this, remove the back upholstery padding and undo the hook-and-loop fasteners of the
straps (Fig. 68).
Reposition the straps as desired, attach them again with the hook-and-loop fasteners and cover
with the padding.
6.15 Changing the back angle (Fig 69)
CAUTION
Risk of tipping due to missing anti-tipper. When using the 30° back angle adjustment and in case
of short wheelbase, 2 anti-tippers (one on each side) must be mounted and in a functional position; in
case of long wheelbase, at least one anti-tipper must be mounted and in a functional position.
For therapeutic reasons, individual adjustment of the preset angle between the seat and back-
rest may be required. The angle can be adjusted between 90° and 120°.
Pull the release cable of the back release until the angle adjustment is released. Bring the back-
rest into the desired position and let go of the release cable. Make sure that the lock bolts safely
engage on both sides.
