3.3.2 Positioning
Caution!
Make sure that the load-bearing capacity of the floor on which the vending machine is
positioned is sufficient to support the weight declared by the manufacturer;
Caution!
Before connecting the automatic vending machine to the electrical mains, make sure that the
mains have a suitable voltage, frequency and power rating that matches the information on the
machine's plate.
Caution!
The machine must be connected to a power supply main with an earthing system that is
compliant with current legislation. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage
caused by the lack of an earthing system in the electrical system.
• Extract the power cord from the back of the cabinet,
through the hole in the grille.
• Position the machine in the place where it will be
installed. Work carefully to avoid manoeuvres that can
cause sudden jerks and impacts to the machine.
• The machine must be installed in such a way that the
plug is accessible after installation.
• Air circulation is vitally important for the refrigeration
system, so verify that the back of the machine is at
least 10 cm (100 mm) away from the wall or other
obstacle that might be behind it.
• To ensure optimal functioning, we advise position the
machine on surfaces (floors) that are perfectly level. Any irregularities in the floor can be
compensated for by adjusting the feet on the machine (they turn like screws), to make sure
that the machine is perfectly level and guarantee its stability.
• Make sure that the ventilation grilles are always free and unobstructed by dust or other
similar substances to guarantee perfect ventilation of the cooling unit.
• If the machine is installed in hallways that are part of evacuation routes, make sure that
there is still enough space for people to exit safely even with the machine door open.
• To guarantee regular function, always keep the vending machine perfectly clean.
In case of extraordinary maintenance / replacement of some

components, it must be possible to rotate the machine so that the back of the cabinet
can be reached.
