5.5.4 Annual Cleaning and Hygiene
This should be done in addition to daily, weekly and monthly cleaning:
» If necessary, reload the gas into the refrigeration system.
» Employ qualified personnel to check the integrity of the vending machine and make sure
that its systems comply with applicable standards.
» Remove all drawers and the refrigeration system. Thoroughly clean all components from the
drawers, the refrigeration system, and inside the automatic vending machine. Remount all
components inside the machine. Bring the temperature to the correct setting and load the
desired products.
5.6 Assembly / Disassembly for Maintenance Operations
Caution!
All operations indicated in the following paragraphs (5.6.1, 5.6.2, etc.) must be done by
qualified personnel.

Contact the technical assistance department to get more support for any difficult operations.
Caution!
Replace electrical parts (motors, fans, microswitches, etc.) only
with original spare parts that are compliant with this vending
machine model and that use direct expansion refrigeration
systems with flammable gas R290
5.6.1 LED Replacement
To replace the LED tubes, follow these instructions:
» Open the door of the machine.
» Turn off the machine with the main switch.
» Extract the LED tube from its fixing clip.
» Disconnect the LED tube from its relative wiring.
» Connect the new LED tube to the wiring and fasten it to the clip.
After replacing the part, follow these instructions:
» Turn on the machine with the main switch.
» Close the door.
NOTE: with the door open, the LEDs will turn off automatically.
