3. Fully unwind the connecting cable and
connect it to a plug socket. The fan is
running.
4. Preheat the device: Use the temperature
control dial (7) to select the highest tem
perature setting and use the timer (9) to
set at least 10 minutes.
The device starts to heat up and the
control lamp (8) lights up. When it goes
out, the device is preheated. When the
set time has elapsed, a beep sounds.
5. Flip open the lid using the handle (1).
6. Place the food on the pizza stone and
then close the lid again.
7. Use the timer to adjust the cooking time
if necessary.
8. Check how cooked the food is
in between times.

The control lamp goes out as soon
as the set temperature has been
reached.
During the cooking process, the
control lamp may light up again. –
The device then heats up again to
maintain the set temperature.
When the set cooking time has elapsed,
a beep sounds.
9. Open the lid using the handle and
remove the food from the device.
10. Disconnect the device from the mains
power.
11. After it has cooled down, clean the
device and the pizza stone if neces
sary (see the "Cleaning and Storage"
chapter).

CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!

Do not clean the device or the pizza
stone in the dishwasher or immerse it
in water.
■
Never spray cold water onto the hot
pizza stone to prevent material damage.
■
Do not use any sharp or abrasive clean
ing agents or cleaning pads. These may
damage the surfaces.
■
Never clean the pizza stone with
detergent.

The pizza stone may lose some of
its colour over time. This is normal
and does not have any adverse
effect on function. However, if the
pizza stone is damaged or worn, it
must be replaced.
1. Make sure that the device has been
disconnected from the mains power and
all parts have cooled down completely.
2. Clean the pizza stone (4) with a dry cloth
or a damp kitchen sponge.
Remove any stubborn encrusted areas
with a scraper utensil.
3. Remove any dirt or soiling in the cook
ing chamber or on the outsides of the
device with a damp cloth.
Wash off any heavier soiling with warm
water, detergent and a sponge and wipe
dry with a nonabrasive cloth.
4. Store the device and the pizza stone in
a clean, dry place which is not accessible
to children and animals.
