7. Troubleshooting
WARNING!

Do not use the appliance in case of damage or defect!
This can be dangerous!
Disconnect it from the power supply immediately.
Repairs and modifications are very dangerous
for unqualified persons and can cause damage!
Never carry out repairs or modifications to the appliance your-
self and do not disassemble it!
The following table may help you to find your own solutions
to possible problems with the appliance.
If the suggested solutions mentioned above do not solve a problem,
contact the customer service or a suitably qualified specialist!
Problem
The appliance
cannot be
switched on.
The lighting
does not work.
Possible cause
No power supply
A lamp must be
replaced.
Incorrect
installation
of the lamps
Possible solution
Make sure that the appliance is fully and
properly connected to an intact power
supply (see corresponding section).
Check whether a fuse has been tripped
or whether there is a power failure
in your home or neighbourhood.
Have the lamp replaced with a new
one as described in the corresponding
section.
Check the installation of the lamps
and correct it if necessary. If you are
unsure, contact a qualified person.
