First use
Cleaning before use
Before first use, clean all parts
as described in chapter „Clean-
ing and maintenance" (see
page EN-16).
Setting up the appliance
Place the appliance in a location that
meets the following requirements:
– The work surface must be flat,
stable, heat-resistant and dry.
– The location should be easy to
clean, well lit and easily acces-
sible.

1. Open the appliance by open-
ing the handle lock (6) and
lifting up the lid (4).
