Permanently switching off the radio reception
To permanently switch off the reception of the DCF77 radio signal,
press and hold the down button (20)
together for about 2 seconds in normal display. Only the radio
(8) will still be visible. The device will no longer receive a
waves
DCF77 radio signal.
Switching on the radio reception
When the radio reception is switched off, press and hold the down
button (20)
and the SET button (19) together for about
2 seconds in the normal display to switch on reception of the
DCF77 radio signal. The radio waves (8) will go out and the radio
symbol (8) is no longer visible.
The device will be able to receive the DCF77 radio signal again,
and will start a new attempt to receive the DCF77 radio signal
every hour between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Once the DCF77
radio signal has been successfully received, the time and the date
will be automatically corrected, and the radio symbol (8)
be shown permanently on the display.
To start receiving the DCF77 radio signal immediately, press and
hold the down button (20)
then start receiving the DCF77 radio signal. The radio symbol (8)
and the SET button ( 19)
