Surgical technique
Dann wird mit dem Schrau­
bendreher für Mutter (CS
7178­02) in Verbindung mit
dem Griff mit DM­Begren­
zung, 9 Nm (CS 7146) [1]
zunächst die Instrumentie­
rung final angezogen und
am Ende der Montagestift
an der Sollbruchstelle abge­
trennt [2­4].
Wichtig: Nach dem
Abtrennvorgang muss die
Mutter nochmals mit dem
Griff für DM­Begrenzung,
9 Nm (CS 7146) angezogen
werden.
Then, using the screw­
driver for nut (CS 7178­02)
together with the handle
with torque limitation, 9 Nm
(CS 7146) [1], the instru­
mentation first undergoes
final tightening and is then
separated at the end of
the easy-fit at the nominal
breaking point [2­4].
Important: After the sepa­
ration procedure, the nut
must once again be tight­
ened using the handle for
torque limitation, 9 Nm (CS
7146).
