Safety Notes
1.1
Intended use
The ROTEST GW Professional test device with its associated elements (which can be found in
the case) may only be used by specialist personnel who know how to work with gas lines and
perform leak tightness tests on pipework and containers according to the following instructions.
Other uses are prohibited.
This device may only be used for the specified appropriate use.
1.2
Special safety instructions
Do not do any work on the interior of the device. Only trained specialists (customer service) are
allowed to work in this area. Risk of electric shock!
The connecting hoses supplied may only be used for tests conducted at maximum test pressure
of 7 bar (red hose) or 20 bar (blue hose)!
The pressure must be relieved from the hoses for each use! The burner connection can be used
for this.
Only connect pressure sensors to pipework and devices when they are depressurised!
Protect the device's openings from moisture. Risk of electric shock!
Observe the safety instructions for the plant or pipe manufacturer as well as safety instructions
from the manufacturer of the connecting elements!
