PT
Through a resistance of 100 kΩ, the electrostatic charge is safely discharged.
GR
• If the loop impedance is between approx. 50 and 3000 Ω, the green indicator lamp starts
PL
to light up. After approx. 5 s, the red indicator lamp goes out and relay R1 is energised.
• If the loop resistance is approx. 6 to 70 Ω, the wet and snow function is activated and the
CZ
green indicator lamp starts to light up. After approx. 5 s, the red indicator lamp goes out
SK
and relay R1 is energised. If the loop resistance is ≤ 10 Ω, relay R2 will also be energised.
HU
• If the loop resistance is ≈ 0 Ω, the clamp has been incorrectly connected directly to ground
(e.g. clamp connected directly to the steel structure of the filling device), the red indicator
SL
lamp will remain lit and relay R1 will not be energised.

Connect the filling arm to the road tanker.
The road tanker is grounded with low resistance via the filling arm.
• If the loop resistance is ≤ 10 Ω, relay R2 will be energised after approx. 5 s.
• According to IECEX 60079-32-1, a purely metal connection (provided by the filling arm)
should have a resistance of less than 10 Ω. If this condition is not met, the road tanker will
still be electrostatically grounded, but this indicates a problem with the ground connection
(e.g. corrosion, loose connection, etc.), which should be investigated and corrected.
