2.3 Product description
Lovibond's MD & PM 6xx series are multiparameter and multiwavelength photometers
designed specifically to include all important parameters in their respective application.
With high quality and long term stable LEDs as light source, instruments provide high
accuracy in measurement results and operational efficiency. Depending on variant, the
instruments measure at 3 to 6 wavelengths of 430, 530, 560, 580, 610 and 660 nm. To
insure reproducible results photometers use high precision interference filters with a
FWHM of 5 nm. Instruments are operated by 4 AA batteries and have a compact design
which makes the perfect handheld instruments ideal in the fields. MD6x0 series offer up
to 120 and PM6x0 series offer up to 32 preprogrammed methods and with the help of
locally produced reagents and test standards, they provide a complete solution to meet
requirements in the water analysis industry.
