Using the Camera

Charge Mode
– If you do not select MSDC or PC Camera, the camera will automatically
charge only .
Mass Storage Mode
– Select "MSDC" to recognize the camera as a drive on the computer and
transfer data .
Note: Files can only transferred from the memory card to the computer .
PC Camera
– Select the "PC Camera" mode . The camera can be used as a webcam,
for live streaming, etc .
Note: While the camera is used as a PC camera, no zoom can be used or
settings can be made .
WiFi Setting / Operation via App
You can connect the camera to your smartphone using the built-in WiFi
function .
– To do this, download the free "VD Cam" app from the App Store or
Google Play Store and install it on your smartphone .
– Turn on the camera and go to the system settings via "Menu" . In the
"WiFi" submenu, turn on the WiFi .
The SSID and the password appear on the camera display .
– Then connect the camera to the smartphone by going to the WLAN
settings of your smartphone and selecting the network of the camera
there and connecting it .
