To do this proceed as follows:
Ø
Loosen the nuts a little.
Ø
Adjust the door catches.
Ø
Then re-tighten the nuts properly.
Ø
Check whether the sealing tape makes a good connection by clamping a sheet of paper between the fire and the
sealing tape when closing the door.
Ø
It should not be easy to pull out the sheet of paper. If necessary, adjust the door and/or replace the door seal (=
sealing tape).
9.5.1.3 Disassembly of glass pane in door
•
Avoid damage when removing/fitting the glass pane.
!Caution
•
Avoid/remove fingerprints on the glass pane(s) as they will burn into the glass.
Use the supplied glass pane cleaner to remove fingerprints from the glass pane(s).
!Tip
To remove the glass pane in the door, please follow the instructions below (see Appendix 2, fig. 8):
Ø
Open the door.
Ø
Lift out the door by sliding it upwards.
Ø
Place the door on a flat surface.
Ø
Unscrew the nuts on the inside of the door.
Ø
Remove the frame and tape of the door seal.
Ø
Lift out the glass pane. The pane seal is also taken out.
9.5.1.4 Assembly of glass pane in door
Assemble the glass pane in the door according to the steps described in paragraph 9.5.1.3. 'Disassembly of glass
pane in door', only in reverse order.
•
Do not fasten the bolts too tight to avoid breaking off and/or stripping: overtightening will cause breakage.
!Caution
•
Place the glass pane (including new pane seal) with the logo to the bottom right.
•
Place a new door seal.
•
Connect both ends of the heat resistant tape at the door seal.
Make sure this connection of heat resistant tape is placed at the bottom of the glass pane.

9.5.2 Ivar 5-07, Low and Aste 5
9.5.2.1 Outside air connection
Outside air connections are available for these appliances as accessories. Assembly always takes place at the
bottom of the appliance.
When installing an RS appliance, the outdoor air-connection is pre-mounted at delivery. If so, observe the steps

described under the heading 'Outdoor air connection pre-mounted'.
Outdoor air connection not pre-mounted:
In case of these appliances, exhaust is only possible via the rear.
When mounting the outside air connection, please proceed as follows (see Appendix 2, fig. 9a + 9b):
Ø
Loosen the 5 bolts that are pre-mounted on the outside air connection.
Ø
Bring the outside air connection against the plate on the bottom of the appliance.
Ø
Then re-tighten the 5 bolts.
Ø
Fasten the tray for the benefit of the rear connection with 4 bolts.
Ø
Connect the flexible hose to the round 'pipe opening' of the above-mentioned tray.
The flexible hose can only be fed from the rear.
The round pipe opening for the benefit of the lower connection is not needed during installation and should be

disposed of responsibly.
Outdoor air connection pre-mounted:
Ø
Connect the flexible hose (Ø 80 mm) to the round 'pipe mouth' of the outdoor air connection.
In the case of an RS appliance, you are dealing with a fully closed system. This means that you must always ensure

an airtight connection of the flexible hose to the round 'pipe mouth' by using heat resistant sealant.
The flexible hose can only be supplied from the rear.
