ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Remove all he separae pars rom he packaging,
lay hem on he oo and check roughly ha all are
here on he base o he assembly seps. Please noe
ha a number o pars are conneced direcly o he
main rame preassembled. In addion, here are sev-
eral oher individual pars ha have been aached o
separae unis. This will makes assembly easier and
quicker or you.
Assembly me: 30 - 40 min.
STEP 1:
Atach he sabilizer 69+72.
1. Aach he ron sabilizer (69) assembled wih
ron caps wih ransporaon roller (70) o main
rame (49) by using bols M8x45 (73), washers (30),
spring washers (29) and cap nus (48).
2. Aach he rear sabilizer (72) assembled wih
heigh adjusable caps (71) o main rame (49) by us-
ing bols (73), washers (30), spring washers (29) and
cap nus (48). (For uneven oor, you can adjus he
heigh a rear caps (71) and secure or sable posi-
on)
STEP 2:
Atach he pedals 59L+59R.
1. Aach he pedal sraps o he pedals (59L+59R).
(The pedal srap and pedals are marked wih "L" or
lef and "R" or righ.)
2. The pedals (59L+59R) are marked wih „R" or
righ and „L" or lef. Righ and Lef are specied as
viewed seaed on he machine during raining.Con-
nec each pedal (59L+59R) o he maching pedal
crank (60L+60R). (NOTE: The righ pedal „R" should
be hreaded on clockwise. The lefpedal „L" should
be hreaded on couner-clockwise.)
STEP 3:
Atach he handlebar suppor 21 a main rame 49.
1. Push he rubber ring (74) and he suppor cover
(75) ono handlebarsuppor (21).
2. Hold he handlebar suppor (21) wih he com-
puer cable (22) agains hemain rame holder. Con-
nec he plug or he compuer cable (22) coming ou
o he boom o he handlebar suppor (21) o he
computer with the matching plug for the sensor ca-
ble (19) coming ou o he main rame (49). (Noe:
The compuer cable harness (22) projecng rom he
suppor (21) mus no slide ino he ube, as i is re-
quired or laer seps o insallaon.)
3. Connec he resisance conrol (17) o he brack-
e o lower secon cable ension (23) (See gure [1]-
[3]). Beore his sep o he insallaon, i is advisable
o adjus he resisance setng o he highes sage,
a which he cable exends urhes rom he sheah.
Pu he lowes par o cable (17) ino he small hook
(gure 1). Pull i (gure 2) unl he small hook ge in
higher posion and hen inser he cable (17) ono
he bracke (23) (gure 3).
4. Place he handlebar suppor (21) in he loca-
or provided or i in he main rame (49). Ensure
ha he cable connecons made in sep 3 are no
squashed. When putng he seering ube in place,
push he ormer slowly down ino he locaor in he
main rame. Screw he handlebar suppor (21) ono
he base rame (49) wih he screws (24), spring
washers (29) and washers (25).
5. Push he handlebar suppor cover (75) wih rub-
ber ring (74) ino righ posion o cover up he screw
connecon poin.
