Transmitter connection
Transmitter M300 G2 Process
NOTE!
Bridge terminal 10 and 13 in the EasyClean 200 e.
Set relay #2 for example on the transmitter to rinse con-
tact.
Set rinse time to 5 sec. at the transmitter M300
and define the rinse interval according to the process
requirements. Furthermore define rinse time (T2)
and residence time for cleaning agent (T3) on the
EasyClean 200 e.
Transmitter M400 G2
NOTE!
Bridge terminal 10 and 13 in the EasyClean 200 e.
Set relay #1 for example on the transmitter to rinse con-
tact.
Set rinse time to 5 sec. at the transmitter M400 G2
and define the rinse interval according to the process
requirements. Furthermore define rinse time (T2)
and residence time for cleaning agent (T3) on the
EasyClean 200 e.
Transmitter M400 2-wire
Set OC1 and Digital input 1 for example on the M400
2-wire HART transmitter to rinse contact.
Set rinse time to 5 sec. at the transmitter and define the
rinse interval according to the process requirements.
Furthermore define rinse time (T2)
and residence time for cleaning agent (T3) on the
EasyClean 200 e.
Transmitter M800
NOTE!
1 M800 1-channel Mix version, please change TB6 to
TB5.
2 The M800 Profinet and Ethernet/IP don't support Cle-
aning function.
Set relay #2 and Digital input 1 for example on the
M800 2/4-ch transmitter to rinse contact.
Set rinse time to 5 sec. at the transmitter and define the
rinse interval according to the process requirements.
Furthermore define rinse time (T2)
and residence time for cleaning agent (T3) on the
