Cause
The CO bottle is almost empty.

The internal flowmeter is defective.
The compensation controller is set incorrectly.
The CO pressure is wrong.

Location higher than 1500 m above sea level and max-
imum temperature setting (95 °C).
A container has tipped over on the top of the device.
The drip tray drain or the drain hose is contaminated.  Clean the drip tray.
No siphon in the waste water pipe (only for drain in
waste water pipe).
Insufficient height difference between drip tray and
waste water pipe (only for drain in waste water pipe).
The device is in sleep mode during timer operation.
The voltage supply is disturbed.
The device is switched off.
The safety fuse was triggered.
The Active Pure filter is used up.
The Hy Protect filter is used up.
The drip tray is full.
The drain can is full.
Sanitisation is due.
The CO pressure is set too low.

The minimum water flow of chilled still water has not

Rectification
1. Open the door on the stand.
2. Observe the pressure gauge while dispensing carbonated water.
3. If the pressure drops significantly, replace the CO
 Call the Service.
 Set the compensation controller (see Chapter "User menu, operating
parameters, user settings/serving amount").
1. Check the CO
2. Readjust the serving amount on the adjusting wheel for the compensa-
tion controller (see Chapter "Operation/water dispensing').
 Set the hot water temperature lower or call the Service.
1. Set the power switch to "0".
2. Switch the device on again after 12 hours.
3. If this happens again, call the Service.
 Clean the drain hose.
 Install a siphon in the waste water pipe.
 Increase the height difference.
 Press and hold any button for more than 5 seconds.
 Plug the mains plug into the socket.
 Set the power switch to "1".
1. Pull out the fuse holder next to the power switch.
2. Replace the fuse with a new fuse (10 A, slow blow).
3. Insert the fuse holder again.
4. If it is triggered again, call the Service.
 Replace the Active Pure filter annually. Observe the menu instructions
of the device when doing this.
 Change the Hy Protect filter every 2 years. Observe the menu instruc-
tions of the device when doing this.
 Empty and clean the drip tray.
 Empty the drain can.
 Carry out a sanitisation.
 Set the CO

 Change the filter.
