The thermal sanitisation takes approx. 70 minutes.
During this time, the device cannot be operated. The
somewhat louder operating noise during the clean-
ing process is normal. After cleaning, the hot water
is flushed directly into the waste water pipe or into
the optional can. See also Chapter ' Sanitisation da-

10. The displayed value must remain constant for at
least 5 minutes. If there is a noticeable drop in pres-
sure:
a Check that the O-ring between the gas bottle and
the pressure reducer is present and undamaged.
b Replace a defective O-ring.
c Check that the pressure reducer is fitted correct-

Adjusting the compensation controller
The compensation controller is used for fine regulation
of the dispensing quantities of carbonated water during
portioned dispensing. The delivery volume of the water
types "Ambient" and "Chilled" is not affected.
Before selecting the "Serving amount Custom" operat-
ing mode, it is necessary to adjust the compensation
controller in the "Serving amount Standard" operating
mode. If the adjustment is incorrect, a larger quantity of
carbonated water cannot be dispensed.
1. Adjust the operating mode "Serving amount Stand-
ard".
2. Place a measuring cup with a volume of more than
1 litre under the water outlet.
3. Select 1 litre of carbonated water "Sparkling".
4. Measure the actual amount of water delivered.
5. Remove the drip tray.
6. Open the device door.
The adjusting wheel of the compensation controller
is located behind the water outlet.

● If the adjusting wheel is turned clockwise, the serv-
ing amount is reduced.
● The total adjustment range is 4 turns.
● Standard position approx. 2.5 turns.
● With stronger throttling, not only does the serving
amount decrease, but also the CO
creases significantly.
7. Adjust the compensation knob in the required direc-
tion.
8. Select 1 litre of carbonated water again "Sparkling"
and repeat the procedure until the amount of water
dispensed is correct.
Note
Serving amount is also dependent on feed pressure and
CO
pressure. The CO
pressure must be in the range
