2. Einleitung
2.1 Transport und Verpackung
Der Zweiwege-UNIMOG mit Schubrahmen und Fahr-
leitungsbauwagen ist ein fein detailliertes und emp-
findliches Modell. Damit Sie lange Freude an diesem
Fahrzeug haben, ist er gut verpackt und verschiedene
Zurüstteile sind im Auslieferungszustand nicht montiert.
Wir empfehlen, das Modell bei Nichtgebrauch in der
Originalverpackung zu lagern. Bitte bewahren Sie alle
Verpackungsteile und diese Anleitung für späteren
Gebrauch auf. Nur die Originalverpackung garantiert
Schutz vor Transportschäden.
2.2 Eigenschaften
Der Niederbordwagen mit Antrieb schiebt den motor-
losen UNIMOG vor sich her. Eine bewegliche Deichsel
kuppelt die beiden Fahrzeuge. Die elektrischen Lei-
tungen steuern die Lichter im UNIMOG: weiß/rotes
Spitzenlicht, gelbes Rundumlicht und Kabinenlicht.
Das Modell überzeugt mit seiner innovativen An-
triebstechnologie. Sie ist der flachen Bauweise dieses
Wagens perfekt angepasst und überzeugt sowohl im
Analog- als auch im Digitalbetrieb mit sehr stabilen
Fahreigenschaften bei Langsamfahrt und im Betrieb mit
Sound. Das Fahrzeug verfügt hinten über eine fahrtrich-
tungsabhängige Zugschlussbeleuchtung. Der UNIMOG
verfügt über fahrtrichtungsabhängige Stirnbeleuchtung,
Kabinenbeleuchtung und gelbes Blinklicht auf dem
Dach. Ein schaltbarer Ausgang hinten am Fahrzeug,
zugänglich über Lötanschlüsse auf der Unterseite des
Fahrzeugs, steht für Erweiterungen, z. B. kleiner Ver-
braucher, zur Verfügung. Das integrierte Soundmodul
spielt je Motor- und Betriebsgeräusche ab.
Der RailCom-fähige Digitaldecoder ist für DCC/Märk-
lin-Motorola (MM) und Analogbetrieb geeignet.

2. Introduction
2.1 Transport and packaging
The Two-Way UNIMOG with push/pull-frame and low
side car for catenary is a finely detailed and sensitive
model. In order to assure that you may enjoy this
product for a long period of time, it has been care-
fully packed. Some accessories are not yet mounted.
We recommend storing the low side car in its original
packaging when not in use. Please keep all parts of
the packaging and this manual for later use. Only the
original package guarantees protection from transport
damages.
2.2 Characteristics
The motor-driven low side car pushes the UNIMOG
(without motor). A movable drawbar serves as coupler
for both vehicles. The wires power the lighting in the
UNIMOG: white/red head/tail lights, yellow beacon,
and driver's cab lighting.
The innovative drive technology of this model represents
the most outstanding feature. It is perfectly adapted to
the construction of this waggon and assures outstand-
ing performance and smooth running characteristics
both in analogue and in digital mode. This is particularly
true at crawling speed and activated sound. The vehicle
is equipped with a directional train rear lighting. The
UNIMOG is equipped with directional headlights, interior
lights for the driver´s cabin and a yellow beacon on the
roof. The rear end of the vehicle offers a socket for con-
necting a directional train rear lighting. One separately
switched output, at the end of the vehicle, may be used
for other applications such as interior lighting for the fol-
lowing waggon. This output is accessible via soldering
pads at the underside of the car. The integral sound
module plays engine and operating sounds.
